This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled for purchases made through FRX Training Academy.
2. Digital Course Access
Our courses are digital products. Once access has been granted, refund eligibility may be limited because course materials become available immediately.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered if submitted within a reasonable period after purchase and if the course has not been substantially accessed, downloaded, completed, or used.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds may not be granted where a course has been substantially accessed, where account sharing or misuse is suspected, where a user breaches platform terms, or where the request is made after significant time has passed.
5. Duplicate or Accidental Purchases
If you believe you made a duplicate or accidental purchase, contact us as soon as possible. We will review the payment and access history before making a decision.
6. Chargebacks
If a chargeback is initiated, course access may be suspended while the payment dispute is reviewed.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email info@f-rx.net with your account email, course name, purchase date, and reason for the request.
8. Review Process
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Approval is not guaranteed and remains subject to access history, payment status, and compliance with our Terms of Service.
9. Approved Refunds
If approved, refunds will usually be processed through the original payment method via Stripe. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and bank.
