FRX Training Academy provides educational and training content. The content is not medical advice, clinical advice, diagnosis, treatment guidance, or a substitute for professional judgement.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. You must not share your account, resell access, or allow another person to use your account.
4. Course Access
Access to paid courses is granted only after successful payment confirmation. Access may be suspended or revoked if there is misuse, chargeback abuse, unauthorised sharing, or breach of these terms.
5. Payments
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store full card details. Prices may change over time, but changes will not affect purchases already completed.
6. Intellectual Property
All course content, text, videos, resources, branding, frameworks, and training materials remain the intellectual property of FRX Training Academy or its licensors.
7. Restrictions
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, record, modify, publish, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from course materials without written permission.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the platform available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, technical issues, third-party outages, or security events may temporarily affect availability.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FRX Training Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses arising from use of the platform or course content.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if a user breaches these terms, misuses the platform, infringes intellectual property, or acts in a way that may harm the service or other users.
